Coach Ayala arrives with all required equipment — premium mats, focus mitts, gloves, and conditioning tools. Sessions typically run 60 minutes, structured around skill, drilling, and conditioning blocks specific to that day's plan.
Most often at the client's residence. We also operate a discreet private studio in West Los Angeles by appointment, and coordinate with private estate gyms, hotels, and members-only facilities.

Per-session investment ranges from $275 (Foundational) to $325 (In-Home), depending on the program structure. Most clients enter through a structured program — Foundational ($4,400–$6,600), Executive ($3,500–$5,500/month retainer), or In-Home ($3,200–$8,000+). Final pricing is set during the discovery call.
Yes. Family programming is a most-requested format — partner sessions, youth development, and household training are all available with a unified, age-appropriate methodology.
